Khibang has completed the repairing and extension of drinking water supply system. As mentioned in the proposal villagers have constructed new intake chambers at the sources and constructed another new water collection chamber few yards below the intake chamber. From the collection chamber they have supplied water by HDP pipe to the main tank which is 850 meter from the collection chamber. From the main tank they have supplied water to different public tap stands. After the completion of the project water supply has become regular.
In order to complete the project villagers have to spend NRs. 73,856/-including villagers' voluntary labor contribution. Detail is given below.
1. IHC contribution NRs. 41,722.50
2. Cash contribution from the village fund NRs 14,733.50
3. Village voluntary labor contribution equivalent to NRs. 17,400/-
